Your trip will include beautiful scenery, friendly guides, exciting rapids, full catering from the arrival evening with our New Year’s Party until the departure morning. It will be warm and sunny during your stay, flawless while you sleep, and worry-free during your day. Come experience carefree rafting living with us and Mother Nature.
With this 4 days 5 Nights New Year’s Bash Orange River Rafting excursion you will welcome the New Year in with our New Year’s Bash party and then set off on a relaxing trip on the river. Spend the first few days of your New Year relaxing under the Namibian sun and cooling off in the mighty Orange River. Our section runs through the scenic Richtersveld in Southern Namibia.
Besides your safety, scrumptious meals and our professional guides, your river rafting adventure will leave you with a lasting impression of Africa’s magic.
Take advantage of Mother Nature’s gifts, while relaxing on the Orange River. This is a 4 day river rafting adventure, but allow for 2 additional days travelling to and from our camp, totaling 6 days away from home.
4 DAYS / 5 NIGHTS RAFTING
Arrive at our base camp on the 31st of December 2022 for supper and our big New Year’s Bash party .
Breakfast is served from 7-8am. Normally people pack their crocs and all equipment in it between 8-9am. At 9am a safety talk follows as to how to be safe on river, after which we depart on river.
Your tour on river is from the 1st of January to the 4th of January 2023. We transport you back to base camp for a nice evening supper. After a good rest, you depart after breakfast on the 5th of January 2023.

OUR BASE CAMP
Our base camp is located on the river banks of the Orange River in Richtersveld, about 8 km from Noordoewer. Our base camp is 680km’s due north from Cape Town and 1300km’s from Johannesburg. Click here to find out more about the driving directions to get to our base camp.
