Orange River Rafting is special because you can float, sunbathe and relax while nature entertains you. With this Orange River Rafting adventure, you will spend 4 glorious days on the River, with 2 additional days travelling to and from our camp, totaling 6 days away from home.
Enjoy our 4 day Orange River Rafting excursion on the majestic and best section of the river as it runs through the scenic Richtersveld in Southern Namibia. Here you will enjoy the river in all its different moods. Fast-flowing channels, dark gentle pools and powerfully surging streams. Your trip will include beautiful scenery, friendly guides, exciting rapids and full catering from the arrival evening until the departure morning.

There is no permanent accommodation set up on the riverbanks, you will need to bring your camping gear for the nights on the river.

The balance of the tour fare must be paid no later than three (3) weeks prior to the arrival date; otherwise, the Company may treat the booking as cancelled by the Client. Please mail proof of payment to info@bundi.co.za

Our itinerary for this rafting tour is as follow:
You can arrive at camp during the afternoon on the 1st day. Supper will be served around 7pm. A packing speech as how to pack your clothing, equipment and accessories follow after supper.
Day 2, Breakfast is served from 7-8am. Normally people pack their crocs and all equipment in it between 8-9am. At 9am a safety talk follows as to how to be safe on river, after which we depart on river.
You will spend 4 full days on the river (Day 2, 3 and 4). On the last day, you will be collected at your end point and transported back to base camp for a nice evening dinner.
Day 6, you depart after breakfast.

For your rafting adventure, we offer the following accommodation options:
You camp with your own gear for the nights on the river, but should you wish to not pitch your tent on our green lawns for your first and last evening with us at our camp, we have lovely chalets available to which you can upgrade. Availability is dependent on the dates you choose.
Please complete the rafting booking form and indicate on the booking form if you would like to upgrade to Chalet accommodation for the first and last night at the camp.
This package is available to the ones in your group who does not want to bring their own camping gear for the evenings on the river and who also prefers to stay in a chalet for the first and last evening at our camp. Availability is dependent on the dates you choose.
All gear will be provided to you on the arrival day and will be available until your return to the base camp. All camping gear will be transported upon your own rafts -guides will not transfer any gear. Pitching of tents and camping gear will be your own responsibility. This is the basic camping gear requirements for on the river. If you require any additional gear, you will have to bring it along.
