Complete the attached booking form (click here to download) and e-mail or fax it back to us. Fax: 086 551 3595 or +27 21 975 9727 AND pay the deposit with your (GR# your name & surname) as reference for the deposit into our bank account.
- STEP 3
Once deposit has been paid, please send us proof thereof and we will then send you confirmation of your reservation. Please remember – only paid deposits will confirm a reservation.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
A non-refundable deposit of R500p/p is required to make a booking. Final payment on individual and group bookings is due by the Monday prior to your trip departure and this is not refundable unless a paid-up replacement is found. Bookings made within the final week prior to the excursion must be paid in full.
In the unlikely event of the cancellation of an excursion by BUNDI RIVER RAFTERS and if the alternative excursion offered by BUNDI RIVER RAFTERS is unacceptable to the participant, the participant shall be entitled to an immediate and full refund.
CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS:
